I've been a genetic researcher, represented several thousand product lines to hospitals as a Manufacturers Rep, managed 75 employees, been awarded Salesperson and Sales Manager of the year numerous times, been a healthcare analyst for a hedge fund, raised $1 billion for a private investment, completed the Certified Financial Planner 2 yrs education, and earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago. I own rental properties and have struggled through every inch of taking apart a house to fix it. I genuinely enjoy working with people to make their lives better and help them arrive where they want to go. I remember how exciting it was to own my first home and get a kick out of helping first time homebuyers find that joy and making sure they buy it right. I use my Senior Real Estate Specialist designation to assist those who are buying second homes or downsizing, including helping them to make those homes attractive to the Buyers likely to purchase.
